2. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on distance.
- We will provide you with a detailed shipping quote before you finalize your purchase.
This quote will include all applicable fees, such as transportation costs, insurance, and any other relevant charges. - Shipping quotes are valid for 14 days.
3. Shipping Process:
Vehicle Preparation: Before shipping, the vehicle will be inspected and its condition

- Tracking: We will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your vehicle's shipment.
- Delivery: Upon delivery, you (or your designated representative) must inspect the
vehicle for any damage that may have occurred during transport. Any damage must be noted and captured at the time of delivery.
4. Customer Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for providing us with accurate and complete delivery information.
- You are responsible for ensuring that there is someone available to receive the vehicle at the designated delivery location and time.
- You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon delivery and noting/picturing any damage.
5. Vehicle Condition:
- Used vehicles are sold "as-is"; unless otherwise stated in writing. We make every
effort to accurately represent the condition of our vehicles, but we encourage you to inspect the vehicle thoroughly before purchasing. - We are not responsible for any mechanical issues that may arise after the vehicle has been shipped, unless covered by a specific warranty.
6. Shipping Delays:
- We are not responsible for any delays in shipping that are caused by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or carrier delays.
- We will make every effort to keep you informed of any potential delays.
