Conditions govern your use of the Website and the purchase of vehicles advertised on the
Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do
not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the vehicles listed on our
Website. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any
information, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle descriptions
  • Pricing
  • Mileage
  • Condition
  • Availability

It is your responsibility to verify all information with us or the seller before making a
purchase. Images may be for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact
vehicle.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in EURO and are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include Road tax, insurance, additional warranty and delivery charges.
Payment methods accepted are Debit / Credit cards and bank transfers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

 

4. Purchase Process

Placing an order on the Website does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is
formed only when we accept your offer and provide written confirmation.
The steps involved in the purchase process include deposit, financing options (if
applicable), and final payment.

In Case of Collection or Delivery Car won’t leave the premises until payment is
received in FULL.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

 

5. Vehicle Condition

  • Vehicles are sold & "as is"; unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • We recommend that you inspect the vehicle before purchase.
  • We offer 3 months or 3000 kilometres as standard warranty, for engine and gearbox
    only. Extended warranty can be purchased upon request.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

Once sold there is strictly no return or refund provided.

 

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

  • You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
  • You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
    with a person or entity.
